Hytecco GmbH was commissioned in 2023 to renovate the underground parking garage of the Novotel Düsseldorf Seestern. We carried out a comprehensive floor and foundation renovation across an area of ​​14,000 m².

The proven polyurethane OS 11b system was used, which is characterized by its high resistance, crack bridging, and durability. This renovation measure enabled us to sustainably improve the stability and safety of the underground parking garage and ensure its long-term value.
