Hytecco GmbH was commissioned in 2023 to renovate the underground car park of the Novotel Düsseldorf Seestern. On an area of 14,000 m² we carried out comprehensive soil and base renovation.
The proven polyurethane OS 11B system was used, which is characterized by its high resistance, crack bridging and durability. With this renovation measure, we were able to sustainably improve the durability and safety of the underground car park and ensure its long -term attitude.
